There are many problems in day to day life that are psychological or connected to will power in some or the other way. Reaching this state makes it easy to control emotions and the mind because according to the mind your thoughts are real and not just an image. This is where you write down what exactly you want to talk to the mind and the desire to get rid of your habit or trait. Once the state of trance is achieved this script has to be repeated so that the subconscious mind registers it and can put it to action. All this is almost like day dreaming where even though you are awake, your mind is thinking something else.
