10 steps on how to deal with stress

The stress is responsible for great amount of diseases. Unfortunately there is no way to complete avoiding it, but you could reduce the influence that it has over you. Many people are taking advantage of the stressful conditions where we live and are selling stress releasing courses. Some of these courses will help you to deal with the stress (or as my Danish buddies say - effektive stress behandling) but why should you waste money and time when you can do it by your own. Here are 10 steps that will help you to deal with the stress and to make your life better.


"Drop the steam" every day!


The lack of free time is not an excuse for not spending 15 minutes for you. Practice your hobby, go out with friends, read a good book, practice yoga or do something good that will make you feel better.Manage your time!


You will do your tasks easily if you organize everything. Make a plan for doing your tasks and follow it. Determining the tasks by priority will help you decide what to do first and last. Make your time work for you, not against you.Make your bed your kingdom! You need to take care to have good sleep in order to deal with the stress. Your sleep will be better if you buy good mattress and comfortable pillows. The good sleep is one of the best methods for avoiding or reducing the stress.Make exercises every day!


Choose the sport of the activities that you are doing with pleasure. The physical activity is not good only for your body, but also for your mood. Spending 15-30 minutes per day for exercises three times a week is enough.Express your feelings!
Keeping the emotions in yourself increases the level of stress. Talking about what bothers you will make you feel better. The advices that you will get from your friends will help you solve some problems while you are talking.Laughter is the half of the health!


Laugh as much as you can, get excited about small things, enjoy your life and all good moments. It is proved that the laughter is increasing the length of your life, so this is a great way for dealing with the stress.You can find luck everywhere!
You have to learn to be happy. The luck is not coming from material things, you can find it in yourself. Stop searching for reasons why you can't be happy and find the one that makes you happy. Learn to accept compliments, enjoy the sunny days, think positive and feel happy today.The positive thinking does miracles!


Stop being pessimist, this will keep you under stress all the time. How the things will turn depends on you and your way of thinking! Focus on the good things from every situation and you will deal with the stress much faster than you ever thought.The perfection is only in our heads!
